Dawn report: You're gonna have to be quick to beat a developing cross-onshore change - it reached King Island around 3:15am and recently passed through Cape Otway, and will be here in the next few hours. Surf wise, we've got a couple of feet of small leftover swell across the reefs, with peaky 2ft+ sets on offer. Once the wind swings it'll be all over, expect bumpy building surf into the afternoon.
